I was relocating from Ohio to Florida. I started searching the web for LGBT friendly realitors and ran across contact information for Hudson. From the first conversation I had with Hudson I knew I found the right man for the job. He listened and understood what I was looking for and helped provide me with good options in my price range. He was honest and told me if I could do better or if the area I was looking at wasn’t a good area. Which for someone who lived out of state and didn’t know the area this was totally invaluable. I flew in and had one day to look at all the houses he had found. I was only able to fly in on the weekend but he met me on his Saturday and drove me to look at like 20 houses. After house 19 I felt like calling it a day but he talked me into going to the last house (#20) and that ended up being the one I bought! He helped me navigate the buying process with all the Florida nuances I was not aware of.
