Fort Myers based 3D Interspace Solutions ( recently added 18-year-old Brandon Eells as a drone operator to its team; he is believed to be the region’s youngest fully compliant unmanned aircraft operator with the Federal Aviation Administration’s Remote Pilot Certificate, according to a news release.
