We met Jim more than a year before we were actually ready to buy. He showed us properties from lower Marco Island to North Naples. No high pressure, just a mountain of information about the area including history and projected growth. Finally we found the place of our dreams. After the contract was signed we discovered we had a difficult seller. Jim worked countless hours and eventually resolved all the issues to out satisfaction. We would recommend Jim to our friends and family.

Jim helped us find the lot we were looking for and then helped us negotiate a great deal. We found him to be forthright and honorable. He steered us away from plenty of properties which in hindsight would ultimately not have been as good. We are going to use his services to market our existing home in 2013

I found Jim to have extensive knowledge of the market and was very responsive however I also found that he was a bit corrupt. He was overselling and hyping value when the market was hot. I would never trust Jim again in purchasing a home because I felt he played an extensive roll in ripping me off and although he represented me as a buyer I later found out that he was really working for the seller. I would not recommend Jim ever again.
