Our experience with Robert of AGE Realty was awesome! As first time home seekers, from the moment my fiancé and I met him, he made us feel comfortable and confident in the process of finding and buying a home. Being uninformed before meeting with him, he walked us step by step through everything that the process encompasses, and gave us any and all information we needed; and in regards to loan services, a direct contact to someone which created hassle free communication between all of us. We had a 1 day time frame in which we were able to drive to Cape Coral from Pensacola to view homes, and Robert made himself available in our time frame to meet with us, drive us to homes, and really make an effort to acknowledge what we liked or disliked about each home to understand our personal wants and needs. After viewing the homes, he continued from that day forward to update us daily on the homes we saw and new ones that met our criteria as well. He keeps very open lines of communication which makes everything THAT much easier in a process that can seem stressful, especially to new buyers! Due to personal timing issues, we were unable to move forward to the point of buying, however, we will most definitely be returning to Robert when we are prepared to own our first home!
